All our products are delivered using a specialist 2 man furniture delivery service to ensure that they reach you in good condition. We do not use one man overnight courier systems due to their inability to safely handle and deliver large, heavy items. Typical delivery times are between 1 and 2 weeks from time of order.

Once you have ordered we will confirm by e-mail whether the item is in stock. When it is in stock the delivery specialist will contact you by telephone to arrange a day for delivery. If they cannot reach you they will leave a message, if possible, so that you can call them back or, failing this, send a post card to the delivery address asking for you to call them to arrange delivery.

When your goods are delivered it is important that you inspect them before signing for them. If, for any reason, you are unable to check them make sure you sign for them as 'uninspected'.
